1° Tigresa

Somewhere along this sparkling journey, it seemed prudent to add something pink to this conversation. While Carbonated Pink Cans have enthusiastically marked their irreverent & effervescent (irreffervescent?) outdoor adventure territory - we wanted to carve out another fizzy pink space... one with fine bubbles, aged character & leesy grip. Tigresa: simply a spanish word for a female tiger... more completely a reminder of tigers & a strawberry. Most importantly, something you may consume for pleasure. With a more signifiacant contribution from our perpetual cuvée than Prínciprana, Tigresa gets blended with 94% of our sparkling base wines from 2015 - 2019 + 6% of red Graciano wine from 2020. Bottlled to sparkle in early 2021 and aged on lees in bottle until recently disgorged. In the glass, the hue Édith is singing about. In the nose, a comprehensive chorus of citrus complemented by olives and herbed maceratetd strawberries. Etheral effervescence in the mouth gives in to a tart lingering mineral manifest. Only bottled in 1.5 lier magnums for the inaugural release, there's 200 bottles for us all to share.
