Deliciously deep El Norte. Overwhelmingly co-fermented & aged in a large concrete tank (84%) with two super neutral barrels added to get us all the way to 100. El Norte seems to benefit more than most of our wines from evolution in bottle before release. This vintage is really rather giving now, with plenty in the tank to support a long, graceful evolution. Tart, bramble fruits & classic El Norte citrus sensation. Peppermint sublimation. Beach Boys grade fifth dimensional tannin/acid harmonization.
