2° Boxcar (half bottle)

The 2nd iteration of this fortified wineventure. A project we've been working on since 2008. Wines fortified and aged in our sorta-lera, exposed to the elements. Making the most of our unique climate. We've internalized inspiration from our favorite sweet wines of the world... and we've considered how we enjoy these wines... and this is where we are at the moment. Traditionally speaking a "dessert wine", although we think chilled and served before a meal may be the ideal implementation. A selection of 5 gallons each from 11 barrels spanning vintages 2008-2018. There isn't much to go around, a few 375 ml bottles or so. Great stuff for the impending season of celebration.
